dc.description.abstract	Management of the residential property is one task of the local authorities. One of the main tasks of the local authorities is to manage the residential property. The most complex institutional system from the Republic of Moldova which deals with the management of the residential property is located in the capital Chisinau. This paper summarizes the importance of each functional structure in order to identify the drawbacks of the residential property management and to present some possible solutions which may improve the system in whole.	en_US
