dc.description.abstract In this article, the author proposes to analyze two educational paradigms: humanist and sociocentric. The education system is currently undergoing permanent reforms, and often the reformers are only concerned with "what?" (Referring to study disciplines and content), "how?" (With reference to methods, techniques and tools for training / education) and forgets to answer the question "for what?" Thus, the choice of the paradigm presupposes giving a specific answer to this vital question that would outline the destiny of the training and education system for a certain period of time. en_US
