Abstract

High quality of laws and other legal acts, is one of the basic conditions of law enforcement efficiency, as well as gaps or shortcomings in the absence of government activity. Normative legal acts and perfectionpractice of their implementation are closely related and interdependent. Only practical application of the law and its study of the opportunity to correct mistakes and normativ-legal acts, because only in the legal application can be checked for acuracy and quality of the legal norm. Also,in this artcile we will reveal the problem of legal technique which contributes to efficient of legal norms and ensure the realization of this norms.
