dc.description.abstract | The determination of inorganic elements in wines is of great concern both from enological and toxicological points of view. The comparison of two analytical techniques using as example eight matrix and trace elements: Al, Ba, Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Na, and Zn in red and white wines from the Republic was done. Analyses were performed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy and neutron activation analysis. The content of all determined elements was below the maximum value recommended by the Office International de la Vigne et du Vin (OIV). Data obtained by the two analytical techniques presented strong evidence supporting their effectiveness in wine analysis. | en_US |
