dc.description.abstract | The issue of global food security is amplified by the rapid increase of the population, the climate change that is manifested by the increase of the severity and the variability of the climate. The only safe means of protecting agricultural plants is irrigation. In the paper are presented two systems of microspray and drip irrigation integrated with photovoltaic panels and wind turbine which ensure the irrigation and plant nutrition processes in an autonomous way. The systems have been implemented in two agricultural enterprises to irrigate a good orchard sector. | en_US |
