Creşterea calităţii transportului în Republica Moldova prin utilizarea unui sistem inteligent de monitorizare a traficului rutier

Abstract

Economic development is closely linked to the possibilities of transporting the products of economic activities and the formation of ever closer relations between different economic entities at different stages of economic cycles. The authors of the article examine the need for continuous improvement of means of transport and the creation of new transport networks by implementing and using an intelligent road traffic monitoring system, which is a specific process for developing national and international economic relations. Taking into account that the notified system represents the state information resource that includes the totality of the systematized information regarding the cases of violation of the road traffic safety norms. The main objective of the paper is to develop a quality assessment model and identify methods, techniques and procedures based on new information and communication technologies, aimed at increasing the quality of road transport services. The implementation of the new road management system at national level is to be achieved through the prism of appropriate European policies and strategies and through through the prism of appropriate European policies and certain strategies, as well as concrete action plans, so the research in the field comes to support this desideratum.
