dc.description.abstract | A series of THz-MIC-s were successfully fabricated by a so-called Film-Diode process. Sub-millimeter-wave multipliers based on these MIC-s were tested with excellent results. Peak measured output power of these multipliers was 14mW@332GHz, 12mW@440GHz, and 5mW@600GHz. These results represent European state-of-the-art performance at these frequencies. | en_US |
