dc.description.abstract The process of soil degradation, which encompassed the entire Globe, did not bypass the RM either. Thus, if in 1877 about 5.7% humus was recorded here, then in 2025 the humus content in the soils of the Republic of Moldova was on average only 3.1%. We are eyewitnesses that the preservation and increase of soil fertility is becoming an increasingly difficult task for humanity in order to ensure and preserve life on Earth. Our invention represents a multidisciplinary work carried out within the framework of multi-annual field experiments (about 30 years). The study was conducted in three forage crop rotations. Based on 20 biochemical, microbiological, agronomic, and soil science indicators, the influence of anthropogenic factors on soil fertility was studied: crop rotation, crop, mineral fertilizers, organic fertilizers, combined fertilizers, etc. The results of the investigations are presented in the form of scientifically substantiated practical recommendations for the procedures for directing the production process of agricultural crops. They are intended for the republic's farmers and allow not only to stop degradation processes, but also to initiate the process of synthesis of organic matter in the soil. en_US
