dc.description.abstract The purpose of the research is to optimize the growth of queen bees through thedirected feeding of nurse bees. The experiment was conducted at a specialized apiary for queen rearing. It was found that feeding nurse bees during the technological process of queen rearing, from the moment of introducing the frame with grafted larvae until the capping of queen cells, over a period of five days, with 0.5 liters of a mixture of sugar syrup and a biostimulator, in the absence of a maintenance honey flow, ensures an increase in the number of larvae accepted for development. At the same time, this feeding regime contributes to the increase in the diameter and length of queen cells, as well as to the body mass of both unmated and mated queens. The obtained results highlight the positive influence of supplementary feeding on the biological development and quality of queen bees. The application of this method improves the efficiency of the queen rearing process and enhances the overall performance and productivity of bee colonies. en_US
