Abstract:
An essential component of the food security is to ensure the quality of the agricultural production, raw material and foodstuffs. The whole sale system of the agricultural production and foodstuffs is based on the laws of the entrepreneurship activity: competition, concentration of production, entrepreneurs’ tendency toward a maximum rotation of goods and increased incomes. The essential principles of the food market functioning are the complexity, staging, proportionality, ciclicity, and stability. The food problem is a current problem for all countries, but the level and degree of its solution is specific for each country or group of countries.
