Efectul Apifitostimulinului asupra unor indici fiziologici, biochimici și productivi la caprele periparturiente și progenitura lor

Abstract

Scopul cercetării: constă în analiza fiziologică a acţiunii biostimulatoare a produsului Apifitostimulin-25% asupra caprinelor periparturiente şi progeniturilor lor. Obiectivele studiului: stabilirea dozei experimentale optime de produs şi studierea acţiunii remediului Apifitostimulin-25% asupra indicilor statutului clinic al caprelor gestante şi progeniturilor lor; analiza influenței preparatului Apifitostimulin-25% privind evoluarea hematopoiezei la caprele periparturiente şi descendenții lor; stabilirea acţiunii compusului coordinativ Apifitostimulin-25% asupra metabolismului proteic, glucidic şi mineral; studierea impactului preparatului Apifitostimulin-25% asupra conținutului unor fermenți în organismul caprelor gestante şi progeniturilor lor; cercetarea influenței remediului asupra stării rezistenţei naturale, imunităţii celulare şi umorale; determinarea acţiunii produsului asupra indicilor de bioproductivitate a caprelor şi iezilor și stabilirea efectului economic.

Цель исследования состоит в физиологическом анализе биостимулирующего действия препарата Апифитостимулин-25% на стельных коз и их потомство. Задачи исследования: определение оптимальной экспериментальной дозы препарата и изучение воздействия препарата Апифитостимулин-25% на показатели клинического статуса стельных коз и их потомства; анализ влияния препарата Апифитостимулин-25% на оценку гематопоэза стельных коз и их потомства; пределение воздействия координационного соединения Апифитостимулин-25% на белковый, углеводный и минеральный обмен; изучение влияния препарата Апифитостимулин-25% на содержание некоторых ферментов в организме стельных коз и их потомства; изучение влияния препарата на состояние естественной резистентности, на клеточный и гуморальный иммунитет; определение воздействия препарата на биопродуктивные параметры коз и козлят и определение экономического эффекта.

Goal of the research consists in the physiological analysis of the biostimulating action of the remedy Apiphytostimulin-25% on periparturient goats and their offspring. Objectives of the study: to determine the experimental optimal dose of product and to study the action of Apiphytostimulin - 25% on indices of clinical status of the pregnant goats and their offspring; to analyze the influence of the preparation Apiphytostimulin - 25% upon the evolution of hematopoiesis in the periparturient goats and their offspring; to determine the action of coordination compound Apiphytostimulin - 25% upon the protein, carbohydrate and mineral metabolism; to study the impact of the preparation Apiphytostimulin - 25% upon the content of some ferments in the body of pregnant goats and their offspring; to investigate the influence of the preparation upon the condition of the natural resistance, upon the cell and humoral immunity; to determine the effect of the product on bioproductivity indices of the goats and their offspring and to establish the economic effect.
