Managementul resurselor furajere din cadrul exploatației zootehnice

Abstract

Problematica studiului: Problema creşterii şi managementul vacilor de lapte în exploataţiile zootehnice, prezintă o importanţă deosebită, atât pe plan mondial cât şi naţional, deoarece realizarea unor producţii sporite de lapte şi carne, la costuri minime pe unitatea de produs, creează posibilitatea creşterii nivelului de trai. Unul din principalele procese de producție agricolă în zootehnie este transformarea nutrețurilor în producție zootehnică. Se determină în primul rând eficacitatea acestui proces de cantitatea producției animaliere obținute dintr-o unitate de nutreț utilizat. Scopul tezei de master este de a studia managementul resurselor furajere din cadrul fermei furajere. Obiective stiintifice: - Aprecierea performantelor productive proprii ale animalelor din cadrul exploatatiei; - Stabilirea normelor de hrana pentru fiecare grup tehnologic de animale; - Determinarea necesarului anual de resurse furajere pentru zootehnie. Noutatea științifică constă în efectuarea cercetărilor privind corectitudinea planificării unei baze furajere prin prisma parametrilor calitativi și economici ai resurselor furajere. Metode de cercetare. Ca material de cercetare a servit baza furajeră destinată unui efectiv de vite din diferite grupe tehnologice. Parametrii morfo-productivi ai animalelor, calitatea furajelor sunt pilonii principali în reușita organizării unei baze furajere. În urma cercetării, s-a determinat cantitatea de furaj necesară pentru a asigura necesarul de hrană pentru 365 de zile, inclusiv procentul de asigurare și eventualele pierderi inevitabile în timpul depozitării pe parcursul întregului an calendaristic.

The issue of the study: The problem of raising and managing dairy cows in livestock holdings is of particular importance, both on a global and national level, because the achievement of increased production of milk and meat, at minimal costs per unit of product, creates the possibility of increasing the standard of living. One of the main agricultural production processes in animal husbandry is the transformation of fodder into livestock production. The effectiveness of this process is primarily determined by the amount of animal production obtained from a unit of feed used. The aim of the master's thesis is to study the management of fodder resources within the fodder farm. Scientific objectives: - Appreciation of the own productive performances of the animals within the holding; - Establishing feed norms for each technological group of animals; - Determining the annual need for fodder resources for animal husbandry. The scientific novelty consists in carrying out research on the correctness of the planning of a fodder base through the prism of qualitative and economic parameters of fodder resources. Research methods. The fodder base intended for a herd of cattle from different technological groups served as research material. The morpho-productive parameters of animals, the quality of fodder are the main pillars in the success of organizing a fodder base. As a result of the research, the amount of fodder needed to ensure the 365-day feed requirement was determined, including the insurance percentage and the possible unavoidable losses during storage during the entire calendar year.
