Abstract:
In the Republic of Moldova, as in many European countries, wheat is the main food crop. However, obtaining high and sustainable yields of this crop is impossible without the use of a complex of integrated plant protection methods. A set of measures should be directed against reducing the density of various types of pests. Natural populations of parasitic and predatory entomophages play a significant positive role in reducing the number of pests. The chemical method of pest control requires constant study and updating of the list of insecticides. Esiom 150 SL with a consumption rate of 0,4 l / ha provides a reduction in the number of Haplothrips tritici (93,76 – 90,94%), Schizaphis graminum (94,25 – 87,65%), Eurygaster spp., Aelia spp. (91,89 – 86,07 %), Oulema melanopus (91,82 – 85,78) only in the first 5-7 days after treatment, and in the following days it is significantly inferior in efficiency to the 4th option, being at the standard level.
