Studiul bacteriologic al izolării bacteriilor coliforme din lapte

Abstract

The scientific researches reflected in this study have the ' purpose to identificate the coliform bacteria in natural medium represented by raw milk. There were realized bacterioscopic and bacteriological researches using milk samples by performing microbial preparations and by cultivating on culture mediums, using simple and complex methods of investigation in scope of establishing the presence and diversity of microorganisms in milk. Simultaneously, there were made the studies of development characters of the cultures present in identification mediums, morphology of microorganisms from smears performed natively and from microbial cultures. In this research also were determined the total number of germs (TNG) using the tests with methylene blue colorants and resazurin. The detail analyze of the presented data demonstrated the importance of izolation of coliform bacteria, which represent a sanitary microbiologic indicator with high î significance.

Investigaţiile ştiinţifice reflectate în acest studiu au avut ca scop identificarea bacteriilor coliforme în produsul alimentar reprezentat de laptele crud. S-au efectuat cercetări bacterioscopice şi bacteriologice din probe de lapte prin efectuarea de preparate microbiene şi cultivări pe medii de cultură, folosind metode simple si complexe de investigare, în scopul stabilirii prezenţei şi diversităţii microorganismelor din lapte. Concomitent, s-a efectuat studiul caracterelor de dezvoltare ale culturilor prezente pe mediile de identificare, morfologiei microorganismelor de pe frotiurile efectuate nativ şi din coloniile microbiene. în rezultatul cercetărilor efectuate s-a determinat numărul total de germeni (NTG) prin testele cu coloranţii albastru de metilen şi rezazurină. Analiza de detaliu a datelor prezentate a demonstrat importanţa izolării bacteriilor coliforme, care reprezintă un indicator microbiologic sanitar cu semnificaţie inaltă.
