Cercetări privind dinamica celulelor imunocompetente la viţeii nou-născuţi sub acţiunea imunomodulatorilor

Abstract

This work is devoted to the study of the immunocompetent cells of the immune system at new-born calves under the action of the immunomodulators: T-activine and colostrum serum. The administration of this immunomodulators determines the immunocorrection of the immunocompetent cells: T and B lymphocites with subpopulations. In conclusion the increasing number of these cells by 2,01; 2,2; 1,28; and 2,6 times confirms that Tactivine and the colostrum serum are high effective immunomodulators.
