Acțiunea serului colostral asupra indicilor imunologici la vițeii nou-născuţi

Abstract

In această lucrare sunt scoase în evidență rezultatele obținute în limunostimularea factorilor umorali ai vițeilor nou născuți, sub acțiunea serului colostral. In urma cercetărilor, s-a ajuns la concluzia că serul colostral corectează situațiile de imunodeficiență, crescând activitatea bactericidă și lizocidă în serul sanguin. Cuantificarea concentrațiilor de IgM și IgG în serul sanguin, a relevat modificări ale acestora, comparativ cu lotul martor.

In the work are shown results about the immunostimulation of the umoral factors of the newborn calves immunity under the action of the colostral serum. After investigations, it was made the conclusion that the colostral serum corrects the immunodeficiencies situation, increasing the bactericide and lisocyime activity in the blood serum. It was observed the concentration of the IgM and IgG in the blood serum which shows increased changes in the experimental lot in comparison with the witness lot.
