Abstract:
Legal nihilism is a complex phenomenon characterized not only by a multitude of forms but also by a structure of absolute magnitude. As a phenomenon that is constantly evolving and is continuously influenced by a plurality of factors, legal nihilism, at the present stage, cannot boast with a well-defined structure. Contemporary writers try to outline its types, levels and structure through the prism of different perspectives, but this seems practically impossible in our legal reality, due to the continuous evolution and development of this phenomenon along with the development of human society.
