Abstract:
The appeal in the interest of the law differs from the appeal for annulment on the grounds of the declaration, the subject of the examination, the persons entitled to declare, the term of the trial and the effect of the pronounced decisions. At the same time, it resembles the fact that only issues of law are solved, and after the competent court to settle, which is the Supreme Court of Justice. The review, the appeal in the interest of the law differs in the first place from the fact that in the review there are to be solved factual errors, and in the appeal law issues. They also differ in the basis of the declaration, the holders of the right to file, the competent court to settle, the order of the court, and the effect of the judgments.
