Abstract

Mutual granting by states of international legal assistance in criminal matters has an important place in international cooperation to combat crime. Recognition of judgments of foreign criminal is a form of international legal assistance in criminal matters aimed at ensuring the application of preventive measures and nature, taken in one country in another state, and recognition of the effects of criminal judgment or other legal acts of foreign becomes even necessary actually representing a not insignificant contribution to the achievement of justice.
