Функционально-структурная схема энергосберегающей установки для охлаждения молока

Abstract

This article presents the elaboration of the functional structural scheme of the natural cold installation for milk cooling. Shown that the installation of natural cold is ecological, ensures process of milk cooling in the cold season, simple in design and provides significant energy savings. Developed installation is eco-friendly as it excludes the use of CFCs, energy-efficient because of reduced consumption of electricity on the accumulation of cold, and enables the power consumption at a reduced price outside of peak loads in electric systems.
