Abstract:
In this article we aim to present some aspects of persuasion in legal / judicial communication, to determine its role in the judicial process, as well as to analyze persuasion-based strategies and tactics. Because of this, we consider important to talk about the learning process from an interdisciplinary perspective, that comprise the convergent approach to legal communication from the perspective of different areas, such as our ways to solve the problems we have. In this context, an area that has been given less importance it is analysed, considering that it may be important to lawyers, not only the acquisition of knowledge from every branch of the law but also the study of the legal communication. Thus, the present article highlights the most important aspects of legal communication that reflect the possibility of leading the process of teaching/ learning to the acquisition of the necessary practical skills and useful in training.
