Abstract

Most types of business contracts are concluded within the framework of service relationships.One of the most widespread is the business contract for the provision of services to the population.By providing, in the broad sense of the word, the complexity of the relationships regarding the material and cultural needs of the citizens is considered.This is attributed to: serving the population with retail food products, means of transport, the execution by social service enterprises of all possible works and services, etc.From a legal point of view, relations in the sphere of population service are governed by various civil contracts (sale-purchase, rental).
