Optimizarea unghiului de orientare a canelurilor după masa semințelor distribuită la aparatele cu cilindri canelați

Abstract

Seed distributor must meet the following agro-technical requirements: assure the uniform displacement of the seeds to coulters, assure stable seed deliver regardless of field topography, inclination angle of the sowing machine or forward speed and to not injure the seeds. The researches were conducted on fluted roller distributor of the seed drill SZ-3,6A. Three types of fluted rollers were tested, each having a different angle of orientation of the groove with respect to roller generatrix: 16, 19, and 22 degrees. The tests were performed with each roller at the following parameters: revs 30, 40 and 50 min-1 and the active length of the groove 13, 26 and 39 mm. The results of researches proved that in order to ensure mass and uniformity of seed distribution, at the seeders for cereal crops, the fluted roller of distributor devices must have the following optimum value of factors: the orientation angle of the groove - 22 º, speed - 42.75 rev/min and fluted roller length - 39 mm.
