Abstract

In this article is made a theoretical analysis of patrimonial liability and tort law, the place and the importance of these forms of legal liability are established. The author makes a comparative analysis of the conditions for the occurrence of patrimonial liability and of the tort civil liability, regarding the accomplishment of the reparatory function of legal liability.
