Noţiunea juridică a patrimoniului în doctrină şi în legislaţia Republicii Moldova

Abstract

The article includes a study dedicated to the identification the legal nature patrimony, called upon to develop and rediscover with the evolution of society. The paper addresses doctrinal and legislative aspects of the patrimony institution, presents the concept and elements of patrimony. The author presents legal characteristics and functions of the patrimony, analyzing the configuration of this legal concept from the perspective of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.
