Abstract:
During the last century, the notion of performance has undergone a series of changes and has imposed itself through certain stages of development and conceptualization. There is a direct relationship between enterprise performance and innovation management, and although researchers do not share the same notion of innovative management and the segments of the enterprise through which it manifests, they all mention its beneficial influence and the fact that only through Innovative practices. The company can maintain a competitive level in the market. Thus, in this paper will be presented the action models of innovation and innovative management on the performance of the enterprise based on existing assumptions.
