Abstract:
The basic objective of the present investigation is to elucidate the conceptual approaches of innovation, creativity and innovation management as factors of enterprise development and performance. In order to achieve the proposed objective, the following methods were used: synthesis of theoretical approaches related to the subject of the investigation, deduction, formulation of reasoning. As a result of the research, a systematization of the definitions offered to innovation, creativity, innovation management was performed, as well as enunciated own conceptual approaches to the targeted terms.
