Conceptualizarea unui nou tip de vinărie - Alterego

Abstract

În prezenta lucrare, care constituie o cercetare proprie, din perspectiva activității de mic vinificator, autorul abordează ideea de conceptualizare a vinăriei de tip boutique. În primul capitol, care este unul de documentare și analiză, este abordată istoria vinificației prin prisma celor două lumi: lumea veche și lumea nouă a vinificației. Totodată, în acest capitol este analizată situația brandului de țară wine of moldova din perspectiva eforturilor de consolidare a imaginii vinificatorilor moldoveni.

In this scientific work, which constitutes a personal research, from the perspective of the activity of a small winemaker, the author approaches the idea of conceptualizing the boutique winery. In the first chapter, which is one of documentation and analysis, the history of winemaking is approached through the lens of the two worlds: the old world and the new world of winemaking. At the same time, this chapter analyzes the situation of the wine of Moldova country brand from the perspective of efforts to strengthen the image of Moldovan winemakers.
