dc.description.abstract A fost efectuat controlul materiei prime ( strugurii Viorica din anii recoltei 2020-2021 şi 2022-2023); s-au examinat parametrii principali ale vinurile produse în diferiţi ani de recoltă; S-a efectuat compararea materiei prime după indicii fizico-chimici ale vinurilor date în perioada 2020-2022. S-au cercetat vinurile de tip Orange procurate din reţia comercială ca Alb de Oniţcani de la Novak şi Viorca de la MIMI. Sa-u analizat vânzările vinurilor ,,Orange,, pe peroada anului 2022 pentru Viorica Orange de Purcari (piaţa externă şi internă) şi concurenţa pe piaţa internă. S-au reprezentat profilurile senzoriale ale vinurilor produse în diferiţi ani și s-au elaborat schemele tehnologice de obținere a acestor băuturi. en_US
dc.description.abstract The control of the raw material was carried out (Viorica grapes from the harvest years 2020-2021 and 2022-2023); the main parameters of the wines produced in different harvest years were examined; The raw material was compared according to the physico-chemical indices of the wines given in the period 2020-2022. Orange wines purchased from the commercial network such as Alb de Oniţcani from Novak and Viorca from MIMI were researched. The sales of Orange wines for the period of 2022 for Viorica Orange de Purcari (foreign and domestic market) and competition on the domestic market were analyzed. The sensory profiles of the wines produced in different years were represented and the technological schemes for obtaining these drinks were elaborated. en_US
