Abstract:
This paper presents the results of investigations on the efficiency of electrolytic iron coverings using the galvano-mechanical technology. It is shown that when GMJ create a stable environment for the deposition of high-quality coatings in a wide range the cathode current density is of Dk = 50 ... 1000A/Dm2. Found that when using GMJ there is a partial removal of deposited coatings, which reduces the effective current output, and provides an analytical dependence for its determination.
