Abstract:
The distribution of energy flows and their impact on the energy balance of the cooling system and the lines in general, obtained by modeling the flow lines of the links on the basis of the analysis of the main modes of operation. Further, by modeling and calculation, a quantitative assessment of energy flows typical lines and lines with energy-saving technology on specific technological lines of milk processing. The use of technological lines of milk processing of natural and artificial ice packs provides a great economic effect and does not require significant capital expenditures and changes to existing electrical systems.
