Abstract:
The article approaches the characteristic, the organization, the coordination, the functioning, the mechanism for setting and the results of the channels of the products obtained from sow and cow: meat and milk in Moldova. Also, the article emphasizes the strengths, the weaknessess, the opportunities and the threats of the functioning plan, resulting from the SWOT analysis. In the end, the author suggests some ways, measures and concrete solutions for improving the weakness, for valorizing the opportunities and for preventing the threats manifested not only in each link of the channel, but also in their ensemble. All these are meant to contribute at improving the performances and the profitability of the sow’s and cow’s farms.
