Abstract:
The labor market in Moldova has trained and evaluated as a market imbalances that systematically, labor supply demand is higher socio-economic system. Labor market imbalances are determined mainly by economic factors that have led to decreased demand for labor, and prolonged due to drastic decline of the economy, the incoherence and inconsistencies in terms of economic reform. On the other hand, especially in terms of occupational and professional structures, educational and formative, behavioral disturbances are influenced by factors related to labor supply. Also, these imbalances are generated and segmented labor market, its rigidities, poor efficiency of the adjustment mechanisms of demand and supply of labor.
