Abstract

The article describes the process of strategic management in agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Moldova in a volatile environment. The authors used a multi-criteria approach is the separation of the enterprises of the agricultural sector of the economy. Also proposed wording of strategic management processes, taking into account the specifics of the industry and identifies instruments of its implementation.
