dc.description.abstract The effect of self - organization in chalcogenide glasses on the photo-formation process and properties of solid electrolytes is studied and analyzed with respect to Raman scattering and XRD. It is shown that in As-S-Ge glasses self-organization contributes to acceleration of solid electrolyte formation, boosting their electrical conductivity and enhancing the operating parameters of memristors and switchers based on the same. en_US
