Calitatea – factorul de bază în promovarea producţiei viti-vinicole

Abstract

The evolution of export of wine production of Republic of Moldova and main sellers markets were investigated in the work. Also , the quality of wine production and paths of its sales were evaluated on basis of some local enterprises. The outcomes of researches have proved, that the quality of wine production depends mainly on quality of used raw material. Thus, the tendencies of development of viticulture and qualitative parameters of the grapes, as a basic element in quality assurance of production are investigated.
