This beginning of the millennium is represented by the rapid changes of economic, technological, organizational, social, political, etc. nature. Under these conditions, flexibility and adaptation "on the go" is vital for organizations, and the efforts required for this are often intellectual. In such conditions, the efficient management has a decisive role in the development of the society, especially since the adaptation to the transformations we register presupposes their foresight, their anticipated "knowledge", because otherwise any adaptation action becomes expensive, being permanently with a tempo after life.
