Abstract:
Information on bochemical processes at various cryiogenictechnological phases is of particular interest, since it allows deepening our understanding of themechanisms of cryogenic damage and criogenic protection of biological objects. Therefore, the goal of the studies conducted, the resultsof which arepresented in this worc,was to study thhe formation intensityof lipids peroxidationproducts during theprocess of preservation of the semen of farm animals.using spectrofotometricresearch methods, the researchers discovered that the presens of peroxidation products is mainly duet o malonic aldehyde, rather than conjugated dienes orhydroperoxides, and is species-specific.
