Abstract

The studies carried out were primarily intended to assess the influence of the remedies BioR and Butofan, intramuscularly administered to adult quails during the process of reconditioning, on some protein metabolism parameters in muscle tissue. It has been established that the tested remedies do not cause side effects in birds. It has also been demonstrated that the BioR remedy has a positive impact on the birds health, reflected in better values of the basic protein metabolism parameters in muscle tissue, which is crucial while ensuring food safety.
