Влияние факторов криконсервации на биохимические комплексы в структуре гамет быков производителей

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to study the changes in biocomplexes glycolipides, glycoproteins and lipoprotein nature of the spermatozoa of a bull is influenced by technological factors of their cryopreservation and to establish the contribution of these complexes in preserving the functional activity defrozen cells. As a result of the researches focus the dynamics of quantitative changes in the studied biocomplexes and their relationship with physiological indicators of gametes. On the basis of the obtained results should make the conclusion about the possibility of their use as markers of the functional state of the reproductive cells of bulls.
