Impactul produsului autohton BioR-pulbere asupra unor parametri ai statusului clinico-hematologic la tineretul cunicul în perioada de creştere-îngrăşare

Abstract

The study included 4 groups of young rabbits, recently weaned during the breeding-fattening period, 30 rabbits in each: a control group and 3 experimental ones, which benefited from the BioR-powder medicinal product, administered with food ration in different doses: 2.5; 5.0 and 10.0 mg/kg feed. The BioR-powder remedy,an autochthonous biologically active product, obtained from the cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis, mainly induced changes in hematopoiesis and natural resistance. It has been shown that the remedy improves the rabbits raised under intensive conditionshealth, significantly determining the increase in their blood of the parameters: RBC, HB and HCT, and insignificantly of the MCHC, PLT. It has also been determined a significant tendency to decrease the haematologicalparameters: MCV and MCH.The dynamics of all the mentioned parametersis being considered as a positive phenomenon. Thus, ithas been proved that the BioR-powder drug supplement contributes to the increase of the nonspecific resistance in young rabbits, being well tolerated by animals.
