Abstract

The present paper approaches the methods of immunization chicken against infectious bursitis using the intermediate and hot strains vaccines. In this studies was investigate immunological efficacy and modification of bursa of Fabricius index after vaccination with Winterfiel 2512, D-78, and BG vaccine strains which was administrated with drenching water. The better immunological effect was obtained on the group of the chicken which was vaccinated with hot strains BG and intermediate D-78.
