Abstract:
Postpartum hypogalination is the result of some pathological processes during the pregnancy period, producing great economic losses for pig farmers. This experiment aimed to influence the Coriocene on the clinical status of lactation, morphological, hormonal and biochemical indices. The results showed that in the sows that benefited from Coriocen increased appetite, milk production and maternal instinct returned. At the same time, the prolactin content in the blood increased from initially 35 mUI / l to 191 mUI / l. The level of tyrosine in the blood decreased by 18.9% and the tryptophan content on the contrary increased by 44%. The obtained reults testify to us about the therapeutic effect of Coriocene in post-partum hypogalation.
