dc.description.abstract The role of legal communication in the justice system highlights its importance for the clarity of normative acts, citizens' access to legal information, and the strengthening of trust in judicial institutions. Effective communication between legal professionals, courts, and society contributes to a more transparent and fair justice system. The analysis of the main types of legal communication, including communication between legal professionals, courts' communication with the public, and the impact of mass media on the perception of justice, identifies current issues such as complex legal language, the lack of an effective information strategy, and the difficulties faced by litigants in understanding court rulings. Thus, the need for solutions to improve legal communication is established, such as simplifying normative language, digitizing judicial information, and training legal professionals in accessible communication techniques. At the same time, the necessity of modernizing communication strategies in the justice system is emphasized in order to facilitate citizens' access to justice and ensure an efficient and transparent judiciary. en_US
