dc.description.abstract In the context of digitalization, legal communication has undergone significant transformations, influenced by rapid technological advancements. These innovations have facilitated quick and efficient access to legal information but have also introduced new challenges related to data protection and the ethics of technology use. Digitalization has enhanced the transparency of legal institutions, allowing for the publication of judicial decisions and the transmission of public hearings via online platforms. At the same time, lawyers and legal professionals benefit from platforms that allow them to quickly access legal information and interact remotely with clients, improving the quality of legal services. This article highlights challenges such as personal data protection and ethical dilemmas related to the use of technology in the legal field, including implications for professional responsibility. New technologies play a crucial role in modernizing legal communication, increasing accessibility and transparency, but they require responsible use to manage legal and ethical risks. en_US
