dc.description.abstract Technical University of Moldova (UTM), Chișinău, Republic of Moldova Effective communication plays a critical role in the success of engineering projects, ensuring clarity of objectives, team coordination, and error prevention. In a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders, clear and transparent communication is essential for risk reduction and improving collaboration. There are two primary types of communication: human-to-human communication, which is essential for empathy and relationship-building; human-to-technologies-to-human communication, which facilitates rapid information exchange and process automation. Engineering teams benefit from digital tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and project management platforms, which enhance collaboration. Furthermore, effective stakeholder communication is crucial for project success, requiring the use of strategies like the RACI matrix and stakeholder analysis. Common challenges, including cultural, linguistic, and specialization barriers, can be overcome through: continuous training, regular feedback, integration of innovative technologies. Maintaining an open and transparent organizational culture and incorporating modern communication technologies can significantly enhance collaboration and reduce risks. By adopting effective communication strategies and leveraging digital tools, engineering teams can optimize their workflow and increase project success rates. en_US
