Cercetări privind sistemul celular imunocompetent la ovine

Abstract

The scientific investigations reflected in this study had the purpose to study immunological aspects regarding the importance of immunocompetent cells at ovines during different physiological periods. Obtained data indicates that cellular defense mechanisms are achieved by important lymphocytic and humoral cell factors for the resistance of the animal organism. Significant T and B lymphocytes values were registered in these ovines physiological groups up to gestation and postpartum, which noted the significance of increased levels of T and B lymphocyte levels at ovines up to gestation, which justifies the importance of specific cellular resistance immune status during this gestational physiological period at ovines.
