Abstract:
Was investigated and compared the chemical composition and nutritional value of food juicy (Lucerne, sainfoin, clover, vetches + oats) from the center of the Republic of Moldova with the data from the literature on the subject. It has been established according to the laboratory, a variation of general nutrition -0,06 + 0, 02U. N. nutritional value, energy -0,02-0, 07U. N. E content of metabolic energy -0,44 until + 0,54 Mj compared with data from specialized literature [2, 3, 4, 9].
