Сравнительная характеристика химического состава и питательности некоторых кормов юга и юго-востока Молдовы

Abstract

The aim of the research was to conduct a comparative description on the chemical composition and nutritive value of some concentrated and bulky kinds of fodder produced in the south and south-east zones of Moldova. The selected samples of feed were analyzed for the content of basic raw nutrients, and then on the basis of the obtained results the actual nutritional value of fodder has been calculated in oat feed units and on the exchange energy for cattle and pigs.
