Abstract:
Forty nine species of phytoparasitic nematodes were revealed in roots and soils of multiannual fruit and berry crops such as apple, peach, currant, raspberry and strawberry in different administrative regions in R.Moldova. Density of nematode communities varied depending from culture. Most species of nematodes belong to order Rhabditida, suborder Tylenchina (39 species). Vectors of nepo-viruses are presented by Longidorus elongatus, L. euonymus, L.macrosoma, Xiphinema brevicolle, X. diversicaudatum, X.rivesi, X. vuittienezi and vector of tabro-virus Trichodorus primitivus. Among the dangerous phytoparasitic species were migratory species such as Pratylenchus pratensis, P. penetrans, P. brachyuris, P. neglectus and spiral nematodes Rotylenchus agnetis, R. robustus. Migratory endoparasitic Ditylenchus dipsaci created the numerous populations, especially on strawberry
